Usage
First, wet your skin thoroughly while you are in the shower. Next, apply a couple of spoonfuls of scrub to your hand, and then gently massage it into your skin for two to three minutes in a circular motion. Finally, rinse your body with water, the coffee is 100% biodegradable and won't harm the environment. You may wash with a small amount of soap to remove any residue. Use once or twice a week.

From head to toe, literally, including the scalp. Before applying to the face, make sure to remove makeup and cleanse the skin.
Dosage
Use one spoon for the face and six to eight spoons for the whole body.
